Your Assignment:
1 Checking all equipment and components installation on board to ensure all are erected and installed properly and in compliance with Maker’s manuals and engineering design company’s drawings and other requirements if any;
2 P&ID checking against final P&ID to ensure all valves & fittings are installed on the quality line of engineering design company’s drawings and requirements;
3 Piping checking against issued ISO drawings of each individual lines, and all valves are opened/closed properly;
4 Verifying all control loops and interlock loops are in function before start-up;
5 Checking all critical process parameters during Pre-Commissioning, such flow testing, on-line analyzers testing, sampling etc.;
6 Witness of performance for installation, test running, and daily report feedback to Owner’s representative and evaluation of performance;
7 Collecting all necessary information required by Owner’s representative;Coordinating with shipyard and engineering design company etc. for any technical supports;
8 Observing Just Marine’s Safety Policy;
9 Other works assigned by the Company.
Your Qualification:
1 Marine engineering or marine electrical or marine mechanical/machinery College degree and Bachelor’s degree;
2 Ten+ years’ experience in ship repair shipyard or newbuilding shipyard, as foreman or designer or engineer or SRM, familiar with BWTS & EGCS (at least three projects);
3 Knowledge about engineering documents, e.g. PID, operation manual, piping layout etc.
4 Qualified English skill in speaking, writing and listening to ensure smooth communication with foreign owner’s representative & specialist and shipyard professional persons etc.;
5 Independent working ability, competent skill to set up strong customer relationship, maintain Just Marine reputation;
6 Follow strictly Company policy, working ethic and discipline.
